Apartment block "Edificio Alpes III". In the resort Sierra Nevada, in a quiet position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 50 m. Chair lift, slopes 200 m, ski rental 2 km, ski school 2 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

"Bellevue", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and digital TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Parquet floors. Large terrace 10 m2. Deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families.
