Hotel Carlton Capri is in a great location for exploring Venice. The Grand Canal is a few minutes’ walk away and the regular vaporetti can get you around the city with ease. If you fancy walking, you can be at St. Mark’s Square is 25 minutes. With little paths that take you past canals, cafés and shops, it’s a really pleasant walk.

This hotel is a real gem. There’s only 36 rooms so it feels cosy and homely. The staff are great and more than happy to share their tips of things to see and do in Venice. There’s traditional Venetian touches throughout the hotel with nice public areas and spacious rooms. Get set up for the day with a continental breakfast and a few Italian coffees in the breakfast room. When you get back, take some time out to chill in the lounge before dinner. It’s a nice place to read a book and recharge your batteries.
