Ski in ski out is amazing but local rep unobtainable

Everything is on your doorstep or within short working distance (cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, equipment hire shops). Ski in, ski out facility is amazing. Very little waiting at the chairlifts, even at the peak time, when we went. Didn’t see much of the staff as it was accommodation only. Only thing I would criticise is we arrived at 3pm but couldn’t check in until 5pm so we all had to just dump our luggage in reception and find a café to wait in. Nothing to do with the accommodation but the local rep was unobtainable. Didn’t show for welcome meeting or catch up meetings throughout the week and his mobile went straight to answerphone all the time. Found out about check out and transfer times from another holidaymaker.
