The food was outstanding. Everything on the ground floor and the service was fine, but our room wasn’t. The TV didn’t work, and they said it was being in the mountains… However we’ve skied a lot so didn’t accept that! In the end they gave us a bottle of prosecco and installed a working TV. The only view we had was a building site across the road but we weren’t bothered as we didn’t spend much of the day in the room anyway. The location was great for getting around the resort.
Everywhere we’ve stayed with a swimming pool has included the use of the pool in the overall price, but this was the first time they’ve charged us – it was 37 euros to use the pool for 3 hours! It closed at 8, and by time you’re off the slopes you don’t really have time to make the most of it. Possibly because it was half term and they didn’t want loads of kids there, but actually there weren’t many kids in the hotel anyway. No one ever seemed to be using the pool or spa whenever we checked and everyone was saying that the prices were too high. It wasn’t right to charge people when they weren’t expecting it, and for this reason we would probably pick a different hotel next time.

Staff at the hotel were lovely, and the rooms weren’t too bad. The location was fine for getting to the slopes and into town.
Everything was fine apart from the food... The meals were terrible – breakfasts were all cold, and there was no variety with the same dishes served every day. In the end we ate out, I got talking to the reps who recommended some restaurants. We had to book a couple of times but managed to find places to eat quite easily.
