1 review of Lavachet Apartments in Tignes, France.

They’re OK – typical small French apartments, fine for me on my own but would probably be tight if they were full and using the bunk beds in the hallway and the pull out beds in the lounge.
The bedding in the room probably wasn’t the cleanest.
Something worth knowing is that the exit time of the apartments is later than the arrival time. I managed to leave my bags in a nearby chalet run by the same operator otherwise I would have lost 4-5 hours waiting around with my stuff.
In terms of the location, it’s great to be able to ski back (if not being able to ski out). The ski back was a red which went into a black, which was fine for me coming down but might not work for families – if you didn’t want to ski you could just walk from the next run or use the bus service which was great.
I ate out so didn’t use the kitchen, there are one or two restaurants nearby but I would definitely recommend Couloir which is over at the other end of Tignes but a really good place – I ended up eating here about 4 times.
