Great food and service

We had a really good week here, the best bits were the food and the service. The food wasn’t Italian as I know it, it was Tyrolean so slightly Austrian. They kept us well fed and breakfasts were really good.
The rooms were spacious although they did smell of smoke – I don’t know if it was previous guests or the cleaners but it wasn’t very pleasant. The other thing was that the hotel’s right on the outer edge of the town so it was quite a long trek to the nursery slopes and ski shop (at least half an hour in ski boots) which isn’t ideal when you have children. One thing that did worry me a little was that you have to hang your room keys up by the reception, which wasn’t always manned.
The hotel had a small bar but we didn’t use it, the whole place was very quiet which we liked about it. There’s also a really good ski room with a drying rack for boots.
