We preferred our holiday to Flaine but the hotel was fine

The hotel was fine. We had full board and the food was alright. It was buffet style, you could help yourself to as much as you wanted and there was enough variety to always find something to eat. There was plenty of it, although it wasn’t always warm. The New Years gala was lovely and they seated people of the same nationality together which worked well.
The rooms were nice and they were comfortable. The lounge was OK. The internet access was a bit on and off – when too many people tried to access it in the evenings it stopped working. You also only got internet reception in the bar area.
The hotel is well placed near the slopes and the staff are very friendly.
We wouldn’t go back to Bulgaria because it’s not as snow sure as Flaine and other European resorts.
