1 review of Chalet Veronique, Arc 2000 in Les Arcs, France.

This isn’t a chalet – I would call it a rabbit hutch apartment which is far too small for the 12 people bunged into it... you power through the hotel lobby, go up the stairs and along a wooden corridor end up at a door with the sign “Chalet Veronique” stuck on it, and that’s it.
The description said our bathroom was opposite our room, but we actually had to walk down a corridor and around a corner to get to it.
Although you had to crawl behind people to get to the other side of the table, the food was brilliant and Erin the chalet girl was wonderful considering she had to cook meals for 12 including Christmas dinner (which was an incredible traditional turkey meal) in a tiny kitchen.
You are near the lifts but the transfer took forever and went around the houses, it took far too long and I don’t know why it was spun out so long. We then had a very long and peculiar walk through a concrete path, empty shops and over something like a multi-story car park while our luggage went by minivan... I wouldn’t recommend staying here or in Arc 2000 – the accommodation down in 1850 is much nicer.
