The food was excellent. There was a good variety of typical French meals, and quite good quality wine included. The other guests were very outgoing and friendly, they lived it up to the full!
The staff were very sociable and managed the chalet well. The chalet was in quite good proximity to the pistes, about a 10 minute walk along the flat. There was a bus but we didn’t need it.
Our room had a nice balcony with very nice views over a stream and the forest.
We didn’t have any grumbles at all (and to be honest we normally find something to grumble about). I was a happy little bunny! We like variation and to go somewhere different each year, that said I’d have no hesitation in going back to this place.

This chalet was my husband’s choice. The chalet host was not good. He was too juvenile and he couldn’t cook. Also you couldn’t vary the heating and it was so hot we had to sleep with our doors propped open. I don’t really like sharing a chalet with other guests. We had one of the better rooms (room 3) and it was spacious with a nice bathroom. We had a bath with a shower over it and a balcony. The doors were not well insulated so it can get noisy. I imagine that if some people came back late at night you might get woken up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for a family with young children for this reason, although it would be great for a big family group if they had the place to themselves. The ski bus stops right out the back of the chalet and runs at sensible times. It’s a fast 5 minute walk into the village.
