The chalet was absolutely fine; the best thing was probably the nice warm showers! The food was good, especially the panna cotta which the kids liked. We tended to have cereal and croissants in the mornings which was nice. As usual the bedrooms were a bit cramped, but given we were on holiday and not moving in, they were fine. We stayed here right at the end of the season and it was a fair walk from there to the slopes, which was a bit difficult with kids. Either you had to get the lifts up, or there was a very busy tow. It wasn’t a disaster, but it’s certainly not as easy as ski in, ski out.

This cosy chalet has a wraparound balcony but actually great views can be enjoyed from several rooms. It's located on the third floor with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area where everyone can congregate and chew the fat. For ultimate convenience, the building/complex has a ski shop right under the chalet apartments and you can easily access the lifts within a short walk. The same can be said of the local pub and swimming pool nearby (the pool was allowing guests from this chalet when we last checked, but make sure you ask before you book, if that's important to your holiday). The bus stop is close by if you wish to explore the rest of the resort.
