Great week in Meribel

We had a great time – it’s a nice, clean chalet in a good location (300 metres to the slopes and half a mile to the centre of the village). The staff were young but did a great job and we liked the food, they did a selection of different meals. The only issue is that our room was advertised as having TV and satellite but not once were we able to get it. Apparently it’s a common problem there, but we’d gone for the penthouse upstairs which is the nicest and biggest room. It had a big TV and it would have been nice to use it. The penthouse was fine for us, but for anyone tall the low ceiling would have been a nightmare.
