Perfect group chalet

The Danaides is perfect really! The chalet was nice and clean, everything worked which is always good! It has a nice lounge area. Chalet host was awesome, and I was amazed how good the food was – kind of like standard meals done really well. The location is pretty central so it’s perfect for getting to the slopes etc.

Fantastic location, dated but charming

Fantastic location, 40 metres or about 2 cricket pitches off the slopes at Solaise and where all the lovely hotels are, just in front of ski school. The chalet itself met its classification of 2.5 to 3 stars – a little dated in a charming sort of way.
The food was enthusiastic amateurish, our first meal was disappointing but it was better thereafter. We were only one third of the people staying in the chalet – it probably would have been better if we had stayed here as a group, as this way you have the place to yourselves which is always nice.
