Comfortable, exceptional staff, good value

It was rather comfortable! The only negative I can think of is that there was a broken lamp, but I didn’t report this, I expect it was fixed soon after. Apart from that everything was fine. The staff were exceptional, very helpful. The food was made to a very high standard. My girlfriend is a veggie and they catered well for her.
The chalet is in a good location, about 5-10 minutes to walk to the nearest lift… great! Our room was smallish but I think that’s because we booked late and it was the last one left. The chalet was warm and the beds were nice to sleep on.
For the money we paid for it, it was a 9/10. I was really pleased with it. I’m looking forward to booking something for next year.
