The holiday was spot on. We went as a group of 15 and the Chalet Hotel was perfect for that. The layout was great, there was a nice set up in the lounge area with plenty of seating and everyone had their own space to sit together. There was a pool table and a piano which we made good use of (we had a musician with us) and then downstairs was the dining area. Some of our group said it was the best ski holiday they had ever had. The food was very good, again some of the best we’ve ever had on a ski holiday. Wasn’t impressed with the crème brûlée though! Everything else was spot on though.
The staff were excellent too. The location was very good, the bus stop is just over the road from the hotel. The hotel also laid on a mini bus to take you to the slopes (there are two different ski areas and they are too far away to walk to). Taking the bus wasn’t ideal but Cortina is like that, the ski areas aren’t linked up. It’s a very nice village though.
I didn’t use the wellness facilities. The only thing the hotel is lacking is a hot tub, on the top floor with views! That would be ideal.

Hotel Parc Victoria excellent, staff very helpful and really good service, excellent choice for breakfast and evening meal, afternoon tea available for those back early from skiing.
Location of hotel excellent close to shops and bars.
Rooms and hotel facilities good, plenty of places to chill out and relax after a hard day on the slopes, whether a big or small group, overall great place to stay, would choose this hotel again if in Cortina in the future.
