Chalet Hotel Hermann offers all the informality of a chalet with the services of an hotel. Kate, the Manager and team of staff were always attentive, professional and helpful during our stay. Dan was always present and on hand to answer all our questions, provide helpful assistance and support. We are so pleased by our decision to return to Hermann - it did not disappoint.

I had a brilliant ski holiday, it was my first time skiing and I found the food and accommodation at the Chalet Hotel Hermann amazing! The skiing was spectacular and the staff were incredible.

Very well managed, only downside is location

The staff were very good and the manageress was excellent, really bringing out the best in them. We enjoyed the food and the wine was lovely. We had a twin room which was very quiet; they had very good insulation between the rooms.
It’s a little remote from the village which could be a bit of a problem if you want to stroll down. It isn't really ski in / ski out either... experienced skiers could find their way along on skis but for less confident people it would have seemed a bit foreboding. The guy who ran the ski bus was really accommodating but if you wanted to get back to the hotel after 10pm you’d need a taxi.
