2 reviews of Chalet Chenus in Courchevel, France.

I don’t think anywhere in Courchevel has a good location – this one was probably a 150m walk up or down the hill with skis and boots (we had clear roads but if it would icy it would be much more difficult). Getting into town was a 10-15 minute walk straight down the hill which was also quite a hard trek.
The food was really good, I’m allergic to fish and they catered for that straight away. The mains were duck and things like that rather than spaghetti bolognaise and lasagne. Children get to eat earlier than the adults which is quite nice.
My partner and I had a room with 2 single beds pushed together with enough space around the edge. None of the rooms really had views as they were facing the wrong way.

Quaintly hidden away above the pine trees, this chalet is set in the perfect location only 50m from the Dou du Midi red run, yet close enough to the resort centre to be. The chalet is traditional and comfortable with its large lounge and fireplace to relax or as a jumping off point from which to take part in all of the extensive après ski that Courchevel has to offer. This holiday is great value for money at one of the top French ski resorts.
