These suites are an ideal place to spend a week in Val d’sere, you literally couldn’t get any more centrally located on the main street of Val d’Isere. The chalet is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet due to its proximity on the main street. The catering was amazing with literally everything made fresh everyday, and the chalet hosts are more than happy to cater for any dietary requirements at no extra cost. The chalet hosts and the concierge staff downstairs are very knowledgable, anything you need is no trouble at all. Theres also complementary drinks downstairs with use of the hot tubs throughout the day. A nice touch was the ski service in the morning, where a driver takes your skis down to the slopes so you don’t have to carry them as it is only a short walk to the main lifts.

Bottom line – really nice place, good service, good facilities, brilliant service and nice chalet hosts. The location was really good, it took a long transfer to get there but it was worth it!

Awesome. Really impressed by all the staff from start to finish. All very friendly, helpful and efficient. Eliza was an amazing host. Great cook, friendly and made us feel very at home. A few minor points. The beds are way too hard. I like a hard bed but found it difficult to sleep on these beds especially when you have skiing aches and pains. One kitchen roll a week is not enough.

Had an absolutely amazing week... Eliza has been fantastic and the food has also been amazing. We have been thoroughly looked after all week and this has only been made better by the fantastic weather we have had. Will definitely look to come back next year :)

This is our 3rd holiday with this tour operator each time in a different chalet. The chalet itself is nice but the kitchen is very small for someone to cater for 8 people in. It is the smallest kitchen of the chalets we have stayed in. Two of the knobs on the hob are broken and have not been fixed despite Eliza asking. My only complaint is about the cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery. I am not sure if it is a problem with the dishwasher, but we did keep having to rewash items because cleanliness was not to an acceptable standard. It would also have been nice to share with a family with similar aged children rather than 2 couples.

I really enjoyed my holiday as the bedrooms were very clean and the suite was very large. However I think the meat may of been a bit undercooked on some nights but the host was very nice and he did make some lovely food and cakes! Overall a super holiday
