With properties right by the ski school and lift as well as properties in the middle of the main street and places a little further out, you can choose between Kitzbühel’s top chalets and hotels to find a ski holiday that suits you.

All of our chalets and hotels are catered, with most chalets providing breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening meal and hotels offering B&B, half board (breakfast and dinner) or full board (all meals). Having the food prepared for you allows you to really relax and enjoy quality time with your friends and family.

There’s a good range of different ski schools, so whether your little ones are learning in a fun, safe nursery area or your teens are having a group session of freestyling or freeriding, all ages and tastes can have a fantastic time on the snow.

Most of our chalets and hotels come in packages with flights and transfers which make booking and travelling to the mountains quick and hassle free. Self-drive packages are available and you can also choose to book accommodation-only and plan the travel yourself.
