Overview: chalet description: Soline description

This exquisite apartment is only a short walk from the Nasserein lift station

Soline occupies the entire middle floor of our luxury Chalet Austria. The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones.

The property has an original 18th century Tyrolean Stube and rich, warm fabrics have been used throughout creating the perfect winter residence. In addition, the dining area is adorned with an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, Soline is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps 12 people, in five en-suite bedrooms. The property is accessed via the lift or stairs.

All the bedrooms and the living area have stunning views from spacious and sunny south west-facing balconies.

The entrance hallway brings you to a passageway which leads in one direction to the bedrooms and in the other, to the main living areas. The delightful open plan living and dining area, with a traditional Austrian fireplace, is located at the west end of the property. Its elevated position affords breathtaking views from the balconies and living area.

The well-equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area which comfortably seats 12 guests.

There is a separate TV room which is comfortable and cozy, perfect for entertaining the children after a hard day on the slopes.

Light floods into the master bedroom which is extremely spacious. There is an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. There are two further twin/double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en-suite facilities.

The fifth room is a traditional quad bunk room with adult-size bunk beds. There is a small desk in this room and an en-suite shower room. An additional guest toilet is also located off the main hallway.

Soline has a shared ski locker and boot heating room which is located on the lower ground floor of the property.

In addition, there is a wonderful spa area on the lower ground floor which has a hammam, sauna, shower, and a relaxation area. This is shared with two other apartments in Chalet Austria.

The property has external parking for two vehicles.

The St Anton apartment is sold on a catered or self-catered basis. When taken on a catered basis, the food is prepared in the professional kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the comfort of your own apartment.

The apartment normally has an in-resort driver service from 8:30am – 1.00am when sold on a fully catered basis.

This accommodation only holiday to Soline in St Anton, Austria departs Sunday 28th April 2024, for a 7 night stay on a "self catering" board basis. A local tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour or Kurtaxe) is levied by many councils in European ski resorts. It varies by standard and type of accommodation and is age dependent, so not everyone is charged. It's not included in the basic price of your holiday and is usually paid locally. For reference, the average charged in winter 2024 was between €1 and €3 per person, per night.

Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). Two minutes from the train station and less than an hour's drive from Innsbruck airport, it's a conveniently accessible resort. The main village is traffic free and stretches for about 1km - dot...
It's often said that if you learn to ski or snowboard here, you're likely to find any other resort an utter breeze... Just don't do a Bridget Jones (her memorable descent in 'Edge of Reason' took place on one of the more challenging Arlberg runs) and make sure to take advantage of the excellent tuition on offer. Thanks to local legend Hannes Schneider, St Anton opened the first ski school in 1921. The Skischule Arlberg continues to provide excellent tuition today, so beginners are in good hands. There's a nurs...
The après ski here is absolutely legendary: the atmosphere is constantly buzzing and with a night bus running until 3am, you can really make the most of your evening. You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh). While it's reputation is lively (and the resort lives up to it) there are lots of options if you prefer a more so...
