Simple small apartment house "Rossignol", 3 storeys. In the district of Spiss 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in an elevated position. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shopping centre 500 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station, underground station 650 m. Ski lift 650 m, ski bus stop 20 m.

"Nummer 146", 1-room apartment 28 m2 on 3rd floor. Simple and practical furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Small, open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Side view of Matterhorn.
