Location: where is Rönn

Rustic chalet "Rönn", 1'700 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1965, renovated in 2002. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Kolfuschg, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine. Breakfast on request. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, café, pub garden, bus stop 50 m, indoor swimming pool 80 m. Cable car, skisport facilities 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sella Ronda. Hiking paths: Dolomiten. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
