Schladming: Cosy, simple single-family house "Planai". On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 400 m, restaurant 50 m, railway station 800 m, indoor swimming pool 500 m. Golf course 10 km, tennis 500 m, gondola lift 1.2 km, skisport facilities 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 1.2 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave) with dining nook and wood-burning stove. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Box-room. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Wood burning stove and electric heaters in the rooms. The entrance hall is not heated !

Schladming has excellent après-ski with roughly 50 bars and 20 restaurants to choose from. We like the cool igloo shaped bar, Siglu, which is located just off the main square and is known for its cocktails and chilled club sounds.
