The spacious living room with a separate dining area includes a flat screen LCD TV (117cm) with Dolby surround home cinema system, DVD and IPod connection. Luxury kitchen with induction cooking set, micro wave with oven, grill and steamer, big refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. Three bedrooms of which two come with double bed (one with flat screen TV) and one with a bunk bed and a comfortable foldaway bed. Baby bed available. Separate toilet and two bathrooms of which one is with a shower and one with a toilet and bathtub. Bedrooms have parquet while other spaces have natural stone. Floor heating everywhere. A deposit of CHF 400 is demanded for the rented apartment upon arrival, to be provided to the cleaning company (Mr. Wirtz). If the conditions, stated in the booking confirmation, are not satisfied, part or all the deposit (CHF 400) will be withhold.
