In the hamlet Campitello 50 km from the centre of Bolzano, 60 km from the centre of Cortina d'Ampezzo, in a quiet, sunny position, 400 m from the skiing area. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Grocery 150 m. Ski lift 400 m, ski bus stop 150 m. Nearby attractions: Sella Ronda 400 mt, Lago di Carezza 21 km.

This is the ideal place to ski the famously beautiful Sella Ronda circuit, which is skiable in a day. Some of the descents are quite difficult, so the circuit is probably best avoided by beginners, but experienced skiers will have an absolute whale of a time.
