Location: where is MARIANNE

4 room apartment, 70 square meters (4beds), built onto a one -family home in exceptionally quiet and sunny location. Next to the Flims forest, cross-country-ski course, 100m to the ski shuttle bus stop. Private garden with patio area partly under cover. A garage and an outside parking are available. The final cleaning (CHF 100.00) and visitors tax are included in the total.

Seperate toilette. TV, DVD-recorder available, upon request highspeed internet access with modem for rent. The first floor consists of the main bedroom (with balcony) and a further 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed. Bathroom with toilette. Upon request, bed linen and towels per person CHF 20.00; only linen per person CHF 15.00; Internet (internet + modem rental) CHF 27.00 per stay. These costs will be billed directly with the owner on arrival.
