Beautiful chalet "Le toupin", 3 storeys. 4 houses in the resort. Le Mayen, on the outskirts, 800 m from the centre, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking, single garage at 20 m. Shop, restaurant 800 m. Golf course 15 km, gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

5-room chalet 220 m2 on 3 levels, spacious, comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, bar, cable TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, steamer) with bar. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 large room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 double bed, bath/shower/WC and double hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Office. Balcony, north facing position, terrace, south facing position and west facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Piano. Trampoline in summer. Coffee machine NESPRESSO.
