Pattier Haut: Chalet "Le Hibou". On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre of (600m by foot), in a quiet position. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: washing machine. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Golf course 18 km, skisport facilities 1.6 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

"Le Hibou", 4-room chalet 102 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, cable TV, flat screen, video, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Balcony, east facing position, large terrace 20 m2, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
