Serre Chevalier 1400: Beautiful, comfortable chalet "L'Amandier", renovated in 2008. In the resort 600 m from the centre of Serre Chevalier 1400, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, south facing position. Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, heating to be paid on the spot. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar 600 m, railway station "Briançon" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 50 m. Tennis, riding stable 100 m, cable car 1 km, slopes 10 km. Nearby attractions: ,sports en eaux vives. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: la Vallée de Serre Chevalier, Briançon 8 km. Please note: car recommended.

Upper floor: large living/dining room with TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Large balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Marvellous view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking. Suitable for families.
