Spacious, partly renovated, modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with veranda with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, cable TV and international TV channels (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom 14 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine).
