Overview: hotel description: Hotel Rosanna description

You'll find the Rosanna in the heart of the action in St Anton. Located just off the main street, this adults-only hotel is a 5-minute walk from both the Rendlbahn and Gampenbahn gondolas – so getting to the slopes is easy. If you fancy heading over to the Nassereinbahn gondola at the other end of town, you can jump on the free ski bus just a 2-minute walk away. And there are tons of bars just a short stroll away in town too.

The rooms at the Rosanna are spacious and simply decorated. When you're back from a day on the mountain, relax and swap slope stories on the cosy sofas in the lounge, or head next door to popular après-ski spot and pizza restaurant Scotty's for an evening tipple and a dance.

Before hitting the slopes each day, you'll enjoy a hot and cold buffet breakfast. And for 6 nights a week, there's a 4-course meal included, with soup, a starter, a salad buffet, a choice of main course and a dessert.

Austrian twin beds
Austrian twin beds are very common in Central Europe. They’re simply one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, both with separate duvets and linen sets, that cannot be separated. Separate twin beds are less common and can often be head to head beds, rather than side by side, if they are available.

Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). Two minutes from the train station and less than an hour's drive from Innsbruck airport, it's a conveniently accessible resort. The main village is traffic free and stretches for about 1km - dot...
It's often said that if you learn to ski or snowboard here, you're likely to find any other resort an utter breeze... Just don't do a Bridget Jones (her memorable descent in 'Edge of Reason' took place on one of the more challenging Arlberg runs) and make sure to take advantage of the excellent tuition on offer. Thanks to local legend Hannes Schneider, St Anton opened the first ski school in 1921. The Skischule Arlberg continues to provide excellent tuition today, so beginners are in good hands. There's a nurs...
The après ski here is absolutely legendary: the atmosphere is constantly buzzing and with a night bus running until 3am, you can really make the most of your evening. You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh). While it's reputation is lively (and the resort lives up to it) there are lots of options if you prefer a more so...
