Overview: hotel description: Hotel Olympia description

Meal Basis: Bed & Breakfast
The charming Hotel Olympia is a traditional Alpine-style 3* hotel on the edge of the village of Pettneu, 5km from St Anton and just 5 minutes on the free ski bus which runs every 15 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to walk or just 2 minutes by bus to access the centre of Pettneu village which has a selection of bars and restaurants and its own ski slopes.
The property is decorated throughout with warm woods and enjoys great views across the forest. The hotel has a wood-panelled lounge and bar with an inviting open fire, a welcoming place to hang out on cold winter evenings while consuming a few beverages, we recommend the gluwein!
Guests are hosted on a Bed & Breakfast basis, which is typically an extensive buffet served each morning. In the evenings, the hotel has its own restaurant should you wish to dine on the spot, alternatively there are extensive options available nearby.
There are only 20 bedrooms at the Olympia, all of which are rustic in décor and have an Austrian twin bed, ensuite bath or shower room with WC, satellite TV, radio and free Wi-Fi. Some bedrooms offer a south-facing balcony.
Leisure facilities at the hotel include a sauna and solarium, while there's also ski storage available.

Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). Two minutes from the train station and less than an hour's drive from Innsbruck airport, it's a conveniently accessible resort. The main village is traffic free and stretches for about 1km - dot...
It's often said that if you learn to ski or snowboard here, you're likely to find any other resort an utter breeze... Just don't do a Bridget Jones (her memorable descent in 'Edge of Reason' took place on one of the more challenging Arlberg runs) and make sure to take advantage of the excellent tuition on offer. Thanks to local legend Hannes Schneider, St Anton opened the first ski school in 1921. The Skischule Arlberg continues to provide excellent tuition today, so beginners are in good hands. There's a nurs...
The après ski here is absolutely legendary: the atmosphere is constantly buzzing and with a night bus running until 3am, you can really make the most of your evening. You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh). While it's reputation is lively (and the resort lives up to it) there are lots of options if you prefer a more so...
