Located just 200m from the village centre in Ax-les-Thermes, the hotel la Grande Cordée is a converted building that used to be a huge family home that now provides simple yet comfortable accommodation, only 5 minutes' walk from the main ski lift and overlooking the Pyrenees mountains.
Your package price, which we feel represent superb value for money, includes a buffet breakfast every morning, served in the restaurant. Evening meals can be taken locally, where there is a decent choice of restaurants within walking distance. You'll also find bars, shops and a casino if you fancy your chances on the poker table, while the thermal baths and spa in Ax are also highly accessible.
The 26 bedrooms are split between two linked buildings and are equipped with double or twin beds, ensuite bath and WC, flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is available in the public areas of the hotel and there's also ski storage facilities. The hotel also has an in-house bar.
