The Britannia opened its doors to the first British visitors to Saas-Fee over a century ago and it’s owners, the charming Bigler-Bumann family, have continued the hotel’s fine tradition of a warm personalised welcome and excellent food. Situated in the heart of the village, the lifts are only 5 minutes’ walk away (500m). The hotel also offers a free taxi service to the lifts each morning, alternatively, the free ski bus stops just outside.
