Location - where is Banyan Hotel

Located right in the heart of the town, you’ve got a selection of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. And for the lifts, it’s just a 7 minutes’ walk to the Nassereinbahn for the Gampen ski area, and Galzig gondola towards St Christoph. In the evening, try Murrmel Bar next to Spar for live music, or head a little further up the high street to Bobo’s Mexican or Bodega for a tasty Spanish tapas meal.

Modern style combined with striking décor give the Banyan Hotel a warm and luxurious feel. It's superbly located on the Nasserein side of St Anton, giving you easy access to the resort centre as well as the Nassereinbahn and Galzig gondola.

Each bedroom at the hotel is equipped with satellite TV, spa slippers, towels and bathrobes. The sleek designed space is available as a small twin – great for a base during your holiday, or for a little extra space, choose a twin. All rooms at the hotel have a balcony or a terrace.

Unwind after a day on the slopes in the sleek wellness centre – complete with heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and small fitness area. And, treat yourself to a massage or treatment to help you rest and relax.

In the evening, the contemporary lobby bar has a relaxed feel and welcoming atmosphere thanks to the roaring fireplace. Sit back and enjoy a pre-dinner drink, or spend the evening sampling their sophisticated cocktails on offer.

The extensive selection of hot and cold buffet are available in the bright breakfast room each day. The bed and breakfast arrangement then gives you the flexibility to sample the variety of local restaurants, which are in easy reach of the hotel.

Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). It's often said that if you learn to ski or snowboard here, you're likely to find any other resort an utter breeze... Just don't do a Bridget Jones (her memorable descent in 'Edge of Reason' took place on one of the more challenging Arlberg runs) and make sure to take advantage of the excellent tuition on offer. The après ski here is absolutely legendary: the atmosphere is constantly buzzing and with a night bus running until 3am, you can really make the most of your evening. You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh).
