We liked it – it’s got a good location very near the town centre but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. The staff were really friendly and the food was very nice. Brimming with traditional Austrian charm but with all the conveniences of a modern resort, St Anton's vast, high altitude ski area and vibrant atmosphere make it truly world class. It's one of the major international destinations that everyone must visit at least once (and is likely to return to frequently thereafter). The après ski here is absolutely legendary: the atmosphere is constantly buzzing and with a night bus running until 3am, you can really make the most of your evening. You'll find about 20 bars offering a variety of scenes, but to experience après ski at its best you can't leave until you've joined the masses and danced on the tables at world-famous Mooserwirt or The Crazy Kangaroo (Krazy Kanguruh). We liked it – it’s got a good location very near the town centre but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. The staff were really friendly and the food was very nice. The interior was a little dated to be frank, it’s not a ‘funked up’ place or ultra modern and everything is very traditional. We had a 3 bedded room with a double and a pull out sofa, the bathroom was a little tired but the space was fine - when you’re skiing you always have a lot of clobber! I’d definitely recommend the Arlberg to other families; they were very good with us.
