It’s in one of the best locations in Niederau - at the foot of the beginner runs, so just step outside and you're ready to join your ski school group for the day. More confident skiers can catch the drag lift up the nursery slopes and ski down to the Markbachjochbahn gondola in a matter of seconds.

Popular with locals for enjoying lunch or an après aperitivo, the Alpenland's bar terrace is the perfect spot for sipping a hard-earned spritz while soaking up the afternoon sun. You can also head to the hotel's sauna to unwind achy limbs.
