House Equipment: whirlpool, lift, sauna (private use), washing machine (private use), tumble dryer (private use). Access & Parking: no parking possible. All-season motor access to 80 m from the house. In winter٫ motor access only up to 80 m. Footpath 80 m. Situation: in the centre of Zermatt, in the district of Trift, central, quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, at the edge of the forest. View from the apartment of the mountains, the resort and the countryside. Surroundings of the house: grounds (private use).
