The Grand Tichot residence is ideally located on the main high street of Tignes Val Claret just behind the Sherpa supermarket. The lifts and pistes are a flat 200m walk
Our Petit Tichot is the little sister to our Tichot apartment located on the ground floor of the Grand Tichot building in the heart of Tignes Val Claret. Whilst the residence building itself is looking a little tired from the outside, inside communal areas have been renovated and the Petit Tichot is a more modern, comfortable & simplistic holiday home.
Once inside the apartment, the open plan lounge and kitchen offer a social & cosy living space (please be aware, there are no windows or natural light in this area) and the bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. Although on the ground floor of the residence building Petit Tichot occupies a higher level from the front of the building and over looks the main street of Val Claret.
The small but comfortably apartment sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with the two additional bedrooms sharing a further facilities. The rooms can all be made as doubles or twins to offer flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families, a group of friends or work colleagues.
Location really is the selling point for our Petit Tichot. Shops, bars and restaurants are a snowball’s throw away with the pistes and lifts just a flat 200m stroll from your front door.
Our Petit Tichot is, as the name suggests, a small apartment but we love the homely & cosy feel, fantastic location and possibility of combining the apartment with Tichot in order to accommodate up to 20 people.

Tignes is somewhere you can ski longer, higher and further than most other resorts in the Alps. Owing its snow-reliability to the Grande Motte glacier, the local ski area is joined with Val d’Isere’s to form the mammoth Espace Killy - intermediates will have a whale of a time here. Choose between 5 different villages, whether your priority is convenience, cosiness or cheap accommodation. Tignes also has one of the most famous New Year parties in the Alps.
