Location: where is Chalet Lily

Chalet Lily is perfectly located next to the piste, positioned on the second floor of the Orée des Pistes building in Plagne Centre overlooking the Plagne Centre psites and the ski school meeting points. As well as the amazing views that this chalet style apartment provides, you also have very close proximity to the shops, bars and restaurants.

The nightlife of Plagne Centre is literally a stone’s throw away with a great range of options for those who simply want a few drinks to wind down after the day and those who want that little bit more action and atmosphere.

Overview: chalet description: Chalet Lily description

Chalet Lily is a comfortable, warm and cosy chalet with charm in spades and an enviable location. Decorated in a traditional Savoyard style, with oak cladding adding an authentic alpine feel, Chalet Lily is a welcoming place to retire to after a challenging day on the slopes. With plenty of comfortable furnishings throughout, guests can curl up and take it easy to restore themselves fully for the following day in the snow.

Boasting an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, Chalet Lily provides lots of space for guests to get together at meal times and to relax in the evenings. There is access to a south facing balcony where you can take in the sunny alpine air and enjoy a hot drink and a slice of home made cake in the afternoons. Or curl up in front of the fireplace on the relaxing sofas to warm your bones and simply chill out.

This chalet consists of 4 bedrooms each with en-suite bath and WC facilities so that each guest can enjoy a soak to relieve their muscles at the end of the day. Room 1 is a triple en-suite room with twin beds and bunk beds. If you are taking sole occupancy of Chalet Lily, the chalet can accommodate an additional child under twelve.

Rooms 3 and 4 can take a cot.

In the French Alps' Savoie region, La Plagne was established in the early sixties and now consists of 11 villages: 7 purpose built villages and 4 traditional villages. The aptly named Plagne Centre at the heart of the resort is the main hub of shops, restaurants and après ski. Just underneath lies Plagne 1800, a cluster of chalets spread across a steep hillside. Higher up are Aime-la-Plagne, Plagne-Soleil and Plagne-Villages, all accessible via chairlifts from Plagne Centre. Plagne Bellecote rests over a l...
There are plenty of nursery slopes with access to free beginner lifts and a wide choice of different ski schools for those new to skiing. The slopes around the Belle Plagne area are particularly suitable for beginners. The blue run linking Les Bauches to Montchavin provides a manageable step up in difficulty from the nursery slopes. For those who class themselves as intermediate skiers, La Plagne is paradise. 77% of the runs are graded either blue or red. Particular favourites are the run from La Grand Roch...
It might not rival Val d'sere or Verbier for their wild party scenes, but this is an exceptional resort for unique après ski opportunities. Try snowmobiling at night, ice climbing in Champagny, husky sledding, paragliding, extreme tobogganing and more! One experience not to be missed is the bobsleigh track, used for Olympic training. There are various ways you can choose to go down it, but they are all guaranteed to give you a thrill as you will hurtle down at speeds ranging from 80 km/hr up to a lightening 120...
