Chalet Glacier occupies an enviable location, superbly placed for skiing, between Lavachet and Tignes Le Lac. The chalet is attractively built in local wood and is full of character, with pine interiors and a warm, cosy atmosphere. A good sized lounge with seperate dining room make this chalet a great social envirnment after a day on the slopes. Two pistes and two high speed chairlifts are located just a few metres from the doorstep.

upper floor: Twin bedroom (1) under the eaves with private shower and WC (low ceiling in shower room), 2 twin bedrooms (2&3), shared shower & WC.
lower floor: 6 twin bedrooms (4,5,6,7,10,11), 2 twin bedrooms, one with balcony (8) and terrace (9), 4 small twin bedrooms (12,13,14,15). 2 small single cabin bedrooms (16,17), 4 bathrooms & 4 WC's.

Tignes is somewhere you can ski longer, higher and further than most other resorts in the Alps. Owing its snow-reliability to the Grande Motte glacier, the local ski area is joined with Val d’Isere’s to form the mammoth Espace Killy - intermediates will have a whale of a time here. Choose between 5 different villages, whether your priority is convenience, cosiness or cheap accommodation. Tignes also has one of the most famous New Year parties in the Alps.
