Chalet Edelweiss is superbly located in the heart of the L'Ecrin des Neiges residence. This chalet is located in Tignes, at 2,100 metres above sea level in the district of Val Claret. The bus stop to the main Val Claret Tignes lifts is just outside the residence and takes only a few minutes. Alternatively just opposite and across the car park there is the "Transcorde" moving rope which takes you to the "Funiculaire Grande Motte" and the three main chair lifts "Tichot", "Fresse" & "Les Lanches". From Val Claret you can easily access Val d'Isere and the full Espace Killy area if you can confidently ski a blue run.
If you have chosen to self drive you can use the outside car park alternatively there is an underground car park, both are an additional charge paid locally at the Reception.

Edelweiss, edelweiss, every morning you’re greeted with exquisite views...That’s right, from your very own balcony, in the spacious Chalet Edelweiss, you've a front row seat to the fantastic mountain views of Tignes.
The apartment style chalet sleeps up to six people with the help of three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Make yourself at home in the open plan living area, lounge on the comfortable sofas, and enjoy some much-needed relaxation time after your day on the slopes. The chalet is situated in the beautiful L'Ecrin des Neiges Residence, located in the Val Claret district of Tignes. Make use of the residence’s spacious reception area complete with cosy, open hearth fire, while the kids play to their hearts’ content in the dedicated children's area.
Chalet Edelweiss is superbly located in the heart of the L'Ecrin des Neiges Residence. You're in a prime position for ski convenience, and the bus stop, which takes you to the main Val Claret Tignes lifts, is just outside the residence. You’ll find the Transcorde moving rope, which takes you to the Funiculaire Grande Motte and the three main chair lifts – Tichot, Fresse and Les Launches – directly opposite the complex.

On arrival in your chalet, handmade pre-dinner canapés and apéritifs will be served to you in the lounge while your experienced chalet host welcomes you to your chalet and introduces you to the resort.
Start your day with a delicious cooked breakfast that includes bacon, eggs, Heinz beans or hash browns and mushrooms or tomatoes plus a selection of cereals, porridge, yogurts and fresh bread. Served 8am to 9am.
Scrumptious homemade cakes and a choice of teas are provided every day, best enjoyed while you relax in the lounge area in front of the log fire.
Home cooked evening meal served at 8pm with unlimited carefully selected red, white or rosé wine (6 days), with an additional 4th course of local cheese board with port on the Thursday evening.

Tignes is somewhere you can ski longer, higher and further than most other resorts in the Alps. Owing its snow-reliability to the Grande Motte glacier, the local ski area is joined with Val d’Isere’s to form the mammoth Espace Killy - intermediates will have a whale of a time here. Choose between 5 different villages, whether your priority is convenience, cosiness or cheap accommodation. Tignes also has one of the most famous New Year parties in the Alps.
