Large, beautiful chalet "Arvine", 3 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden (not fenced). Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Shop, restaurant 300 m. Golf course 15 km, gondola lift 500 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

"Chalet Arvine", 5-room chalet 200 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room 80 m2 with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV and DVD. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 parking space in the garage telenendaz available during winter.
