In the hamlet Penia, 1.5 km from the centre of Alba, 3.5 km from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet position, 1 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 500 m on the road. Shop 300 m, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m. Cable car 1 km. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
