Location: where is CASA JOY

4.5 room house, 100 square meters (8 beds) The house is situated on a meadow with South view to unspoilt countryside and mountains, a lone group of 3. It is quiet, the house is in a meadow and forest area with direct access. Since November 2010 - for an indefinite period - there is a construction at the back side of the apartment which is with hight probability not serviced in winter. (10% price reduction due to construction noise). 2 parking spaces are located directly at the house, the cable car is in 10 minutes walking distance, there is a possible exit by ski. Terrace (6mx7m). Pets are welcome. Small pool. Children can play unsupervised, due to no car traffic. Bed, bath and kitchen linen CHF 30.00 per person, taxes and final cleaning CHF 180.00 are internalized in the total price. For this apartment a deposit of CHF 400.00 is required, which you please pay upon arrival and fully recover if the apartment is left without damage and coarser pollution.

The term Laax refers to three things, firstly a typical old Graubünden village (Laax Dorf) secondly the ski resort’s base station area (Laax Murschetg) and thirdly the ski area shared between the aforementioned Laax’s as well as Flims, Falera, Trin and Sagogn. Il Pup in Rocksresort has a rustic and relaxed atmosphere, serving the likes of Punk IPA. Indy Bar’d is part of the same building and has good chill out music. After a few drinks at Camino, you can grab a takeaway pizza or order from the bar menu. Crapbar’s decided to change its name (we wonder why!) to rockslounge – and still serves brilliant cocktails.
