This 30m2 non smoking apartment can sleep up to 6 people and has one bedroom plus a cabin room. The apartment is located on ground floor of the residence and has a south facing balcony.

The living area has the doors leading out onto the balcony together with a single sofa bed, a hideaway bed, TV and the dining area that has a table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and in the cabin room you will find a set of bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped and comes with hot plates, microwave, fridge a dishwasher and other small appliances. The bathroom has a bath and separate WC.
