Cosy, rustic house "Ascher". In the centre of Alpbach. For shared use: garden (fenced). In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Public parking 50 m. Grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station 10 km. Tennis 400 m, riding stable 500 m, gondola lift 2 km, slopes, ski school 200 m, cross country ski track 5 km. Please note: car recommended.

3-room apartment 70 m2, on the top floor, rustic and cosy furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 140 cm. 1 room with 1 bed. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Bath/shower, sep. WC. 2 balconies 30 m2, patio. Barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
