In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. (13 steps). Public parking. Shop 2.2 km, grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 2.4 km, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station "Villars" 2.8 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-bains" 19 km. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm), bath/shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder), 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 210 cm with 2 beds (90 cm). Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture.
