Beautiful 2-family house "Am Almis". In the district of Am Almis, 100 m from the centre, south facing position. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shopping centre, restaurant 100 m, bakery 200 m, bicycle rental 400 m, bus stop "First" 200 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.2 km, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (6 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 300 m, sports centre 400 m, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 200 m, ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 2 km, children's playground 400 m. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
