These apartments are going to be brand new for winter 2014/15 - and the designs we've seen look fantastic. Stylish and modern design, with spacious open-plan living-kitchen-dining areas and comfortable bedrooms.

As the name might suggest the AlpenParks Central is slap bang in the middle of Zell am See. You can be at the CityXpress gondola - or on a ski bus to the nearby glacier - in just a few minutes.

The Central Residence has free WiFi so you can stay in touch with friends back home (or make them jealous of your photos) and there is a ski storage area for safely stashing your ski gear.

All have a top quality spacious built-in kitchen with hot plates, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, stereo, TV and balcony or terrace. Bed linen, towels, cleaning kit, end of stay clean (excluding kitchen) and local taxes included. Ski room outside the apartment.

Type E apartment - sleep 2-6: 68-70m² - known locally as Alpine Classic. Open-plan living-kitchen-dining area with double sofa bed and balcony or terrace, 2 bedrooms with Austrian twin beds, and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
