Established in 1860 the Norwegian ski resort Voss lies at 945 metres altitude in the Hordaland region of the Norwegian Bavallen - Slettafjell, Myrkdalen, Oppheim. Over 10 snow cannons ensure artificial Voss snow making covers 5km of ski trails, which equates to around 12.5 of the ski slopes. The nearest airport transfer to Voss (Norway) is Bergen at a distance of 116km or approximately ? minutes driving time. Voss ski season runs from December to April.

The daytrip "Norway in a Nutshell" runs every day, all year through. The Flåm Railway and the majestic Sognefjord is worth seeing in winter as much as summer.
